Green Creamsicle Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup organic fresh spinach
2 (pitted) Medjool dates
2-3 Tbsp. avocado
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. Vital Proteins collagen
 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
sprinkle of Evolution pink Himalayan salt
3 ice cubes

1. Blend ingredients in high-speed blender. Enjoy!

Blueberry Chia Smoothie

Serves: 1

Blend:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¾ cup frozen organic blueberries
½ avocado (flesh)
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
t Tbsp. almond butter
2 scoops Shaklee Life protein powder
½ tsp. cinnamon

Top it:
pepitas
flaked (unsweetened) coconut

Lean Green Machine Smoothie

Serves: 1
 
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup organic baby spinach
2 pitted Medjool dates
3 ice cubes
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Shaklee Life)
1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
 
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender (I love the VitaMix) and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Nut Butter Power Smoothie

Serves: 1
 
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp. gluten-free rolled oats
2 pitted Medjool dates
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. nut butter
2 scoops protein powder (I use Shaklee Life - vanilla)
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
5 ice cubes
 
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender (I love the VitaMix) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Strawberry & Banana Tropical Smoothie

Serves: 1
 
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen organic strawberries
2 scoops protein powder (I use Shaklee Life - strawberry)
½ kiwi
½ banana
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. shaved unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. turmeric
 
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender (I love my VitaMix!).
2. Top with freshly sliced banana, kiwi and granola (I use Purely Elizabeth’s Original Ancient Grain granola).
3. Enjoy with a spoon!

Banana-Mango Power Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen organic mango pieces
1 medium, frozen banana, diced
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 Tbsp chia seed
1 tsp ginger
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Shaklee​ whey protein powder)

1. Place all ingredients in blender (in order).
2. Blend on high for 60 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
3. Enjoy!

Chocolate Dream Protein Smoothie

Blend it:
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
3 pitted Medjool dates
3 Tbsp unsweetened organic dark cocoa powder
1 packet Kura chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp GF oats
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
1 Tbsp organic peanut butter
2 tsp chia seed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
3-4 ice cubes

Top it:
Chia seed
Coconut flakes
GF oats

Thick Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Blend it:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
3/4 cup organic frozen strawberries
2 organic frozen bananas 
1 packet Kura berry protein powder
1/4 cup GF oats
1/2 organic avocado
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
2 Tbsp organic nut butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2-4 ice cubes

Top it:
Sliced strawberries/bananas
Coconut flakes
GF oats
Chia seed
